Event/Service Logistics Form

All ministries and components responsible for special meetings and services during the annual conference are required to fill out and submit this logistics form. Once submitted, your form will be reviewed and you will be contacted by one of our BETHEL BAC coordinators.*The DEADLINE to submit this form is NOON- Monday, February 25th. We will cover everything on Bishop's schedule  for the week.  However, if your group or ministry does not submit a logistics form, we cannot guarantee that any special needs, requests nor adequate staffing will be available for your event.

Directions & Parking


Bethel AME Church is located in the heart of the Marble Hill and Upton Communities. Being a GOOD Neighbor by respecting and meeting the needs of the people who live in our area is of utmost importance. Please review the map for designated BAC parking areas, restricted areas, handicap parking, handicap accessibility and VIP pass parking. If you require VIP parking - please indicate so by filling out the Even / Service Logistics Form.  VIP passes are limited.


The scheduled rehearsals for the Baltimore Annual Conference Choir are attached below with locations and times.  The rehearsals last for 2 hours. Please know that the  dates are subject to change depending on attendance. We will certainly keep you posted on any changes.
