It started with small leaks and buckets, then moved to dampened pew cushions. Church leaders investigated and determined the roof was over 30 years old. Research on our needs and a review of possible contractors began. Bethel Nation galvanized and moved into action with prayers and finances. Over a five month period we were able to raise enough money to get the work underway. Workers also had the daunting task of removing a TREE that had begun growing in one part of the roof. (See photo) We are pleased to say all leaking has ceased our new roof is completely new and strong enough to last us another 40-50 years or more!
